You know that new Banksy floating around, it isnt a Banksy. I guess this Jamie Paul Scanlon guy, as far as i can tell, does banksy riffs almost exclusively. Check his FB here for further proof he did the “paint to escape piece” . Weird.

In 2002 they banned new Billboards in LA since then 4000 illegal billboards have popped up. The city doesnt even have an owners list but if you are caught painting them it is a Felony Vandalism charge, is this Illegal?
